Carroll, celebrated designer Pete Brock and legendary driver Ken Milles concocted a solution that involved re-skinning the roadster. Master fabricator Phil Remmington handled the chassis and drivetrain modificatins and the Daytona Coupe was born, resulting in the 1965 FIA World Manufacturers Champion Title Ford Shelby and Ford.
